Lesli Smith came to Eastside and joined the staff in September of 2005. She is the Executive Assistant for Lead Pastor DJ Vick. She’s been married to Scott since 1980 and they have four adult children: a daughter, Erin (married to Ryan), Scott, Nathan (married to Kim) and Daniel, as well as three precious granddaughters, Addisen, Eleanor and Emma.
Scott and Lesli have been involved in public ministry for over 30 years. Lesli graduated from Life Bible College in 1979 and has served, alongside her husband, in ministering to children, youth and adults, while pastoring churches in California and Washington. Lesli also served as Correspondence Director and Media Writer for Living Way Ministries and Jack Hayford Ministries at The Church On The Way in Van Nuys, California for 16 years prior to joining the staff at Eastside. Lesli enjoys reading, music, window-shopping, movies (chick-flicks), and crocheting; but most of all she enjoys video chatting with her granddaughters in Little Rock, Arkansas and Tehachapi, California. |
