Scott has been the Children’s Ministries Director at Eastside since 2005. In 1980 he married Lesli (the Executive Assistant to Pastor Jim), and they have four adult children, two of whom are married: Erin (to Ryan), Scott Jr., Nathan (to Kim) and Daniel, plus three beautiful granddaughters, Addisen, Eleanor and Emma. Scott came to Eastside from New Hope, the North Hollywood Foursquare Church, where he was serving as Senior Pastor.
A native Washingtonian (Camas), Scott is a graduate of LIFE Pacific College with a B.A. in Pastoral Ministry. He brings a wealth of experience in ministering to children, youth, and as a Senior Pastor for the past 25 years. He also had the privilege of directing the Southern California District Foursquare Children’s Summer Camps from 1991 -1999 where thousands of children were ministered to resulting in hundreds saved, healed, filled with the Holy Spirit and called into fulltime ministry.
Scott's enthusiasm and pastor’s heart is vital to his position at Eastside Foursquare Church. His hobbies include coaching and playing golf, poison dart frogs, tropical fish, turtles, etc., but mostly just hanging out with people. |
